Before the product arrived, I was concerned that the area for each type of "turf" was going to be too small, and potentially not durable.
After having received the product several weeks ago, i'm glad to say that both fears were unfounded. Each "third" of the mat is large enough to comfortably swing (and sometimes miss) with a club. Unless you're a terrible shot, you should have no issue at all staying within the confines of each section. To give you a sense of size, picture an extra long shoebox, and that's roughly the 2D dimension of each type of turf.
With regards to durability - after several hundred swings, mostly without using a tee, I can say that the product looks to be holding up great. Obviously I can't tell how it will hold up over a longer period of time, and I do have it set up outside, so it will get rained/snowed on at some point, but i'm confident it should last.
Overall, i'm very please so far, and can highly recommend this product to anyone who is casually, or even seriously into golfing. Efficiently-sized, little piece of kit.
